Robert A. McCullough, CPA, CFP®

Rob is the owner and managing partner. He joined McCullough/MC2 in 2003. Rob grew up in Newtown Square, just a few miles from the office. He is an alumnus of Devon Prep and Villanova University. Rob is the President of the Delaware County Attorney/CPA Forum, which meets several times a year to hear and discuss speakers on a myriad of topics related to tax law, economics, and finance. Rob has volunteered on committees with local chapters of the Financial Planning Association and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, coordinating topics and speakers for tax and financial planning related seminars. Rob studied Aikido, a Japanese martial art, for about 16 years, allowing him to travel to distant places in the world. In July 2004, He lived as uchi-deshi (inside student) in a real Aikido dojo in Chicago in a month long kenshusei (to purify oneself through study) program. Rob got to train with teachers and students from countries as far away as Bulgaria and Croatia. A couple of years later, he earned his black belt. Rob also loves music and has played the drums in high school and college bands, as well as cover and original rock & alternative bands. He loves playing with different musicians. And one day he will nail the Jeff Porcaro, Rosanna half-time shuffle at full tempo. Rob lives in Wayne with his wife Kelly, and four
children, Lucy, May, Jill and Max.
